Star Trek + Opera by the Pacific Opera Project

Join the Caltech Y and the United Federation of Techers for an evening of opera—with a Star Trek twist! Pacific Opera Project’s parody of Mozart’s The Abduction from the Seraglio will be at the Thorne Auditorium at Occidental College in February.

Performed with full orchestra and sung in English with English supertitles. Audience members are encouraged to dress up in Star-Trek themed attire, and there will be a costume contest during intermission. Whether you’re an opera lover, a Trekkie, or both, this promises to be a night of music, laughter, and boldly going where opera rarely goes.

Spaces are limited. Please complete the RSVP form to reserve a ticket. Requests will be reviewed on a rolling, first-come, first-served basis until all tickets are filled. You may request one or two tickets; the second ticket is limited to members of the Caltech community.

Those who secure a spot will receive an email with a payment link and deadline to complete their purchase by credit card. Any spots not paid for by the deadline will be released to participants on the waitlist.
