From ancient stone pathways in the Peruvian Andes to the dramatic volcanic landscapes of Iceland, two of the world’s most iconic multi-day treks offer vastly different but equally unforgettable experiences. The 4-day Inca Trail winds through cloud forests, alpine passes, and centuries-old Incan ruins, culminating at the breathtaking Machu Picchu. Meanwhile, Iceland’s Laugavegur Trail traverses a surreal landscape of colorful rhyolite mountains, black sand deserts, glaciers, and geothermal valleys.
