The Caltech Y actively promotes opportunities for service and volunteerism in our local communities through programs coordination, such as our weekly community service projects and our annual Make A Difference Day; and through resources for those interested in working independantly, including our database of local service agencies, our community service bulletin board, and our Community Service Interest Email List.

The Caltech Y also oversees Federal Work Study processing for those students applying eligible financial aid to community service. Agencies may be contracted as official Federal Work Study sites if there are students volunteering with them that are elgible for this form of financial aid. For a complete list of
