Numerous funding sources exist to acquire the necessary funds to plan a program. Pay close attention to the criteria, dates, and expectations of the funding bodies as this may impact your funding prospects.

The Caltech Y disseminates funds to programmers through the Y ExComm. Those submitting applications for co-sponsorship are encouraged to carefully read the form, especially the criteria, and utilize the advise of the staff when preparing their submission
Co-Sponsorship Applications are available here in PDF form or from the Caltech Y office. Completed applications should be submitted at least two to three weeks prior to the event, and one of the planners will be asked to present and respond to questions at an ExComm meeting.

Funds may also be sought from campus departments and other funding sources. Caltech Y staff are available to advise you on seeking funding, feel free to pay us a visit.
